Vlogemotion-A Huge Stretch

I am so excited to be joining Tim @ Fort Thompson in this new blog carnival.

This is a huge stretch, but after seeing Beth over at Outnumbered, Three to One join in, I was inspired. She pointed out that Tim was hoping to give everyone a chance to see each other’s personalities, hear how their voices sound, and get to know them even better. Terrific.

I tell you, it’s working! I really do feel like I know people better.

Today, I found that
Mimi at He&Me+3 was excited about it
and Tarah at Eyeglasses & Endzones was all in a rage,
not even to mention Kameron at A Wrinke in Time being so happy about it that she decide that it was a great time to share some BIG news!

So, here I go…

This was a GINORMOUS leap for me! Come on, take the plunge, we all want to get to know you better!

Thanks Tim, great idea. You are expanding horizons.

P.S. You cracked me UP putting your gum on the bottom of your cup! LOL

I loved getting to know you more this way! You have a sweet, kind voice that I would have loved to have heard while in labor!
I'm also so happy for you to be able to move forward with this amazing service you're providing. Just goes to show that, hard economic times or not, if God is for it who can be against it?!

What a cool thing to do? I haven't figured out how to load my videos yet so hopefully one day soon I will be able to put myself on my blog. Shoot, I haven't even got a picture of myself by myself for my blog yet. Thanks for posting the video and good luck with the new mission God has put before you.

So glad you did this...it was so nice to put a voice to that face. Beautiful backgound too. Love the gum on the bottom of the cup and the ending slurp. Ahhh...so good to meet you!

Now I've met you, too! I have to say, I think you're cuter in person than in your Profile Pic! I love your hair shorter like this. =0)

So nice to 'connect' and hear ya and see you in motion!!! Great VLOG! You'll "meet me" soon.

Hi Julie! Thanks so much for the comment! I'm glad you came over! Your vlog was a hoot!

First, praise GOD concerning your new program! My brother and SIL had a premie who was thriving, then when transferred to another room got an infection and suddenly died. It is so shocking and hard to go through something like that.

Second, I'm surprised we haven't met before today. I love meeting new friends.

Third, the "cheers" at the end with your gum on the bottom of the cut cracked me up.

I'm going to follow ... keep in touch!

Love,
b

I loved it! Your hospice program sounds awesome. I wish you all the best.

I would do this, but I can't find the charger for my camcorder!

This was great to watch, Julie!!! You're exactly how I pictured you!! Is that your backyard???? Holy cow...I need my hubby to see this video so he can see exactly how I want to do our backyard!!! Just the waterfall sound in the background was so calming!!

Your hospice program sounds wonderful and I continue to be in awe of you. I could imagine that just knowing a program like that needs to be in place is gut-wrenching and those families who will be using those services are so very blessed to have you helping them in such a traumatic period in their lives.

I totally loved the slurping of the coffee at the end....that was coffee, right?? LOL
