Not Me Monday- The Bad Mommy Edition

Yep, I’m joining MckMama again this week for her awesome blog carnival. I think I shall take this opportunity to make a couple of confessions…

Let’s just establish that this is NOT my daughter’s fish bowl!

I would NOT let her put off this chore for a month(or more)!

I just would NOT allow this! NOT this awesome mommy ;)

When I was little, I did NOT do the same thing with my fish.

My fish did NOT live to be older than any fish
in the neighborhood because of this loving care!!!

Next, I want to say “Happy Belated Mother’s Day” to all of you babymomma’s.
I helped two sweet ladies celebrate their mommyhood yesterday.
One C-Section, one natural.
I do NOT love my job!

We celebrated my Mother’s Day Saturday night.

I did not buy myself this cupcake bouquet on Friday when
Firehubby got called away so suddenly because of the fires.

(I did NOT leave it sideways because I am running out the door

to go to a conference!)

Well, those cupcakes did NOT call my name…they did NOT haunt me!

I did NOT sneak one from the bouquet on Friday night!

NO, that would have been WRONG!

Then, I did NOT strategically move the cupcakes into place as to avoid being caught by my family.

That could ruin the specialness of the great celebrations.

NOT ME! “)

Happy Not Me Monday!!!!

How Awesome to celebrate Mother's Day by bringing two babies into the world for two very happy mommies. Your job has to be one of the best in the world.

Oh yes the pet fish. We had one. I though Autumn would love it and we got her one when she was 2. Needles to say, it was more work for me so we flushed it! shhhh

Your comment about my efacement made me laugh so hard (and you know what happens when a VERY pregnant woman laughs like that), so thanks for making me run for a fresh pair of panties. I was born on Mother's Day but looks like no Mother's Day baby for me.

How exciting to have helped bring two new babies into the world on the best day to celebrate (yep, I was born on Mother's Day too!)

Too funny... I'm guessing the furthest right rose was the casualty? ;) Only cuz I'm "not" sneaky like that either!

Yay for new mommies on Mother's Day. You do have a pretty awesome job.

Happy Mother's Day. And, for the record, I also did NOT have a fish bowl that looked like that. *whistling innocently*

Cupcake Arrangement 101 - a very necessary course requirement for moms! What a great day you had, and what an extra-special day for babies to be born!

The fish bowl cracked me up! I can only imagine that's what it would look like at my house if we had a fish.

What a nice touch... trying to match the color of the fishbowl water with the color of the cupcake frosting.

Hey, when you have to buy your own "Mother's Day Cake", I think that earns you the right to steal one for yourself without everybody knowing. 'Cept for the fact that you just blogged it for the whole world to know!!!! =0)
