I was a NICU nurse for 7 years and have been working at a not so run-of-the-mill Pediatric Clinic for the past year.
I love my job, it's so nice to see a fellow nurse love it as well!
Arrgh! What a jerk I am! Happy Nurses week to you as well! Our hospital decided to change Nurses Week to "Hospital Employees" week, so we've been feeling rather shafted over here!!!
Does your husband's department have a group set up for the wives? I am a wife of a firefighter as well as a daughter of one.
I have one friend that is a wife of a firefighter, but besides that I'm on my own.
