The Ultimate Sacrifice

In memory of the two firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department who lost their lives today while selflessly serving the citizens of Southern California.

Praying for their families.

Oh man, I hate hearing that! As a fellow firewife I cringe and say a special prayer for the families and and for mine every time I hear of a fallen firefighter. We really are blessed to be married to one of this nations heros. Counting my blessing tonight and praying for thier families.

It is a terrible awful thing. My husband and I were just talking last night about these brave men. We pray for all of them. It hits my husband hard, because his dad was a firefighter.

So sorry to hear this news. It is a tragedy - even to die a heroe. I hope California fires become a thing of the past. And thank you to all the firefighters who continue to serve and protect. Stay safe!

Oh how sad...they are in my prayers. Tell firehubby to stay safe! I cannot imagine what goes through your mind when you hear something like this.

I was just thinking of you the other day and wondering if your hubby was one of the firefighters fighting the fires I'm hearing about in CA. Is he?

That is so sad about those men. And their families. Firefighters are real heroes!
