See, this is the proper way to celebrate the 4th. And when it is all done, we go home to our houses and sleep in our quiet neighborhoods. Right? Right? Right?
THat snow cone looked yummy, but it's even better if you put ice cream in the bottom of the cone, then add your flavor and last but not least top it with evaporated milk. strange i know, but delicious!
